We accept personal checks (5-7 days to clear), cashiers checks, or money orders. We are now equipped to take credit cards through Pay Pal Invoicing. All sales within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales and use tax.

Set Decorations Rental Policy: 1. Deposit for full amount of purchase price to be returned with return of item in original condition. 2. Rental fee of 20% of purchase price per week of rental. 3. All delivery and return arrangements and fees to be made and paid by rentor.

Shipping Policies: All small items will be shipped through the U.S. postal service unless other arrangements are preferred by the buyer. We insure and ship within 3 business days after payment. Large items will be shipped or available for pick up as arranged with the buyer. Buyer will be charged the actual costs for shipping and insurance.

Return Policies: If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying Silkwater Antiques and by returning the property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer must contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
